MacDonald – At her home at Broad Cove Marsh, Nov. 29, 1930. Mary McDonald, beloved wife of John Angus McDonald. The late Mrs. McDonald was born at Georgeville, Antigonish Co, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Allan McDonald. Although only a comparatively short time in the community, she endeared herself to all who knew her. Her quiet gentle mien and her hospitable and charitable disposition won for her a host of friends. Her sudden and untimely death at the early age of thirty six was a shock to the whole countryside…… Buried at Broad Cove.
