At Malignant Cove, on December 21, Mrs. Margaret MacLean, second youngest daughter of the late John and Margaret Chisholm McRae of Malignant Cove, aged 65 years. Mrs. MacLean was taken ill a few days ago, but partially recovered. Her death is a severe blow to the family. In the community which she lived there will be a special sense of loss in her death. Respected for her sterling character and loved for her kindness of heart she will be missed by many. Besides her sorrowing husband she leaves a family of two sons and three daughters. Donald, Vice-President and General Manager of the McLean Contracting Company, Baltimore MD; Alexander , Mechanical Draughtsman, Boston MASS, Mrs. Reginald D. Maher, Enfield NS, Mrs George H. Maxon, Long Island, New York and Josephine? at home. She also leaves three sisters and one brother.
