DELANEY – Constance “Connie” Marie aged 55 years of Smith Avenue, Springhill, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2004 at home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of Isabel (Moore) MacEachern of Antigonish and the Late Morrison MacEachern. At the time of her death she was employed at the Springhill branch of CIBC and had worked at various branches throughout Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. She is survived by her loving husband Harold James Delaney; son Michael and daughter Sarah both of Springhill; brothers, Douglas (Marg) MacEachern of Edmonton, Alberta; Joseph (Doris) MacEachern, Paul MacEachern, and Gregory (Elaine) MacEachern all of Antigonish; sisters, Gail McKenna, Mary Alice (Francis) MacKinnon all of Antigonish; Heather (Gord) McNeil of Fort McMurray, Alberta; Susan Jorgensen of Beaverbank, N. S.; mother in law Mary Delaney of Antigonish; special aunt Mary Margaret MacEachern of Antigonish; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a nephew James McKenna.
