At Morar, on the 11th ult, after a lingering illness, which he bore with Christian resignation, Michael Francis Gillis, in the 24th year of his age, leaving sorrowing parents, three brothers and three sisters to mourn the loss of a dutiful son and kind brother. Fortified by the rites of the Catholic Church of which he was a devout member, he calmly resigned his soul to God. May he rest in peace.
