Mrs. Frank McKeough, 59, died in Surrey Memorial Hospital, Surrey, British Columbia, on April 6. She was a well known beautician in Antigonish until the family moved to western Canada approximately 20 years ago. The funeral Mass was celebrated in Our lady of Good Counsel Church and interment was in Gardens of Gethsemani cemetery, Surrey. The pallbearers were John MacPherson, Vincent Paukste, Peter Johnson, Martin MacNeil, Laurie LeBlanc and Grant LeBlanc. A native of Livingstone Cove, Mrs. Keough as the former Mary E. (Molly) MacPherson, a daughter of John J. and Annie (Gillis) MacPherson. She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Karen, Vancouver; Rita, Calgary; a sister, Gertrude (Mrs. Peter Doyle), Antigonish; two brothers, James Gillis, Eastern Passage; Alex D., Thunder Bay; and a foster brother, JOhn MacPherson, Vancouver. She was predeceased by brother Hugh and foster brother Alexander.
