Mrs. MacIsaac, mother of Rev. J. W. MacIsaac, died at the thome of her son Hugh, at Rear Georgeville yesterday morning. The funeral takes place Friday morning.
At the home of her son Hugh, Rear Georgeville, Wednesday, December 16, Mrs. Marcella McIsaac, widow of the late John McIsaac, and sister of the late Rev. Andrew MacGillivray at the age of 84. The funeral took place Friday, December 18, solemn requiem mass being sung by her son Rev. J.W. McIsaac, Glace Bay, assisted by Rev. D.J. Rankin, Arisaig as deacon, Rev. M. Gillis, Boisdale, subdeacon and Rev. Lewis MacLellan, Antigonish, master of ceremonies. Besides Father McIsaac, the deceased leaves two other sons, Hugh and Archie at Rear Georgeville, and one daughter Mrs. Angus MacEachern, East Bay, to mourn their loss.
