It is with great sadness the family of Wayne Adams announce his passing on
January 6, 2019 at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, at the age of 75
years. He was born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia on October 28, 1943; he was the
son of the late: Alexander and Elizabeth Adams.
Leaving to cherish his memory with fond and loving memories: his wife, Stella;
three children: James (Audrey), Kimberly (Greg) Hutchings, Jacqueline (Rocky)
Nippard; six precious grandchildren: Sarah-Jayne (Randy) Legge, Kristen
(Nelson), Jacob, Colby, Kourtney, and Brock; three great grandchildren: Brody,
Ashton, and Grayson; brothers; Allan (Anne), Keith, Kevin (Paulette), Brian
(Elaine), Roddy (Debbie), Gordon, Teddy (Jane), Shawn (Tonya); sisters: Karen (Lester), Ellen Cross; many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his three brothers, Gary, Fred, and Forbes; and his sister Lois Hanway; nephews Matthew, Mitch, Todd, and Chris; and niece Natalie. Resting at Families Funeral Home 9 Forward Drive in Lewisporte with visitation on Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral service for family and close friends will be held From Families funeral home on Friday, at 1pm, with interment to follow at St. Matthews Cemetery in Lewisporte.
