On February 13, 1987, Anne Gamelin, formerly of Edmonton, passed away in Red Deer at the age of 92 years.
Predeceased by her husband, Harvey, and daughter, Marie Hilderman, she now leaves to mourn, her sons, Austin of Prince Albert, William (Bud) and Vicky of Edmonton, and James and Corrine of Saskatoon; daughter-in-law Mrs. Joe (Doris) Holko; two brothers, Louis and Huey McInnis, and sister-in-laws, Alice and Pat McInnis of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. She also leaves 22 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Prayers will be held Monday, February 16, 8:30 p.m. in the Prairie Lily Chapel of The Floral Chapels, 10011-114 Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Church, 7621-101 Avenue with interment following at St. Anthony’s Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the Sisters of the Precious Blood, 9415-165 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, in care of Sister Ann Marie.
