PASO ROBLES, Dec. 29. – Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at nine o’clock for Archie Gillis, 72, Paso Robles Pioneer, who died yesterday at his home east of here. Mr. Gillis, a native of Nova Scotia, had lived in and about Paso Robles for the past 47 years. He is survived by a wife, Josephine. Following services at St. Rose Catholic church under the direction of the Kuehl funeral home, interment will be in the Holy Cross cemetery.
