29 Jul 1911 Mary Gillis
At the home of Dan R. McInnis, S.S. Cape George, on July 29th, 1911, after an illness of four weeks, which she borne with Christian patience, Mary Gillis, daughter of the late Hugh Gillis, of Georgeville, in the 85th year of her age. She was of a kind and inoffensive disposition. Besides many relatives and friends, she leaves three sisters to mourn her loss. Fortified by all the rites of Holy Mother Church, she calmly passed away. Her remains were tenderly laid to rest in Georgeville cemetery.
