HARRIS – Gene Katherine, born May 31, 1915 in Revelstoke, passed away peacefully at Inglewood Care Center, on August 23, 2005. Survived by her loving family: Georgia (David) Black, Helen Skogland, Bruce (Judy) Jobin, 16 grandchildren, brother Dr. Allan MacPherson and sister Bea Rodin. Her husband Ormond Harris predeceased her in 1984. Gene was a 1937 graduate of St. Paul’s School of Nursing. Family service was held in St. Christopher’s Anglican church on August 26. The family would like to thank caregivers Dotrie, Tone, Sherly and the staff at Inglewood.
