Funeral services were held Tuesday for the late Donald F. Livingston, 29, Antigonish, formerly of Cape George, in Saint Columba Church, with Rev. Angus MacGillivray officiating and burial in the parish cemetery. Mr. Livingston died August 12 in Antigonish. Pallbearers were A.D. MacKenzie, Mike Reddick, Joseph MacInnis, Carroll Boyd, Allan J. Boyd and Lester Hawes. Born in Antigonish, he was the son of Albert Livingston and the late Mary (May) Margaret (Fraser) Livingstone. A member of Saint Ninian’s Parish in Antigonish, he was a body mechanic for Sullivan Dodge-Chrysler for the past month. Prior to that, he worked in Halifax and Victoria, B.C. He is survived by his father Albert; two sisters, Mary Carroll (Mrs. John J. MacLean), Antigonish; Laurraine (Mrs. John Doyle), Cape George, Antigonish County; four brothers, John Kenneth, Toronto; Angus, Vancouver; Gerard and David, both of Halifax; and an adopted brother, James, Victoria.
