At Malignant Cove, on May 14, Hugh R. MacDonald, son of the late Ronald MacDonald and Margaret Gillis, in his 77th year. A man of sterling character, he will be long remembered, and sadly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving and sorrowful wife, to whom the sympathy of the community is extended; also by his three brothers, John R., Doctor’s Brook; Dan and Alex in Boston. His funeral was held in Georgeville, May 17, the services being conducted by Rev. B.Campbell.
