MacDougall – At her home at Georgeville, Tuesday, June 19, consoled by the last rites of Holy Mother Church, Christene, beloved wife of Rod MacDougall and daughters of the late Donald MacNeil and Mary MacDonald, Georgeville, after an illness of several months duration. The deceased who was in her 63 year, was highly esteemed for her amiable and sterling qualities, a devout and faithful member of Holy Mother Church, she lived a life which was a model and inspiration of Christian virtue and piety. She will be remembered by all who knew her for her kindness and warm hospitality. Surviving, are her sorrowing husband, three daughters and one son: Sadie and Mary of Brookline, Mass., who were present at her bedside during her last illness; Margaret and Angus R., at home, who will fondly cherish the memory of a devoted wife and mother; also one brother John H. MacNeil, Georgeville. After requiem high Mass celebrated by Rev. D.MacEachern, P.P., Arisaig, her remains were tenderly laid to rest in Georgeville cemetery.
