A 63-year-old resident of Cape George Point died suddenly at St. Martha’s Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Conrad) MacEachern, four sons: Albert, Ballantynes Cove; Louis, Thomas, and Anthony, all at home; three daughters: Katherine (Mrs. John D. MacInnis, Boston, Mass; Eva (Mrs. Achie Murphy), N.E. Margaree; Margaret (Mrs. Alex Ross) N.E. Margaree; and a fister daughter Carmel O’Leary, Truro. Also surviving are three sisters; Mrs. Margaret MacEachern, Ballantynes Cove; Mrs. Mary E. MacLean, Ohio; and Hyacinth (Mrs. Benny Jenner), Regina Sask., three brothers; Angus, Antigonish; Tom and Colin at Cape George Point. There are also 10 grandchildren. Funeral Mass was celebrated in Holy Rosary Church, Ballantynes Cove. Interment was in the parish cemetery.
