MACEACHERN – On December 26 at the home of her nephew, John M. MacEachern post master, Cape George, Margaret MacEachern, aged 85, last surviving member of the family of the late Mr and Mrs. Lauchlin MacEachern. Of a cheerful disposition she will be missed by all who knew her. During her illness she frequently received the sacraments and was prepared for death a few days before she died. Requiem Mass and services at the grave at Ballentine’s Cove cemetery were conducted by Rev. D. Beaton.
