July 23, 1943 Margaret MacEachern (Chisholm)
There died at Somerville, Mass., July 23, 1943, Margaret Chisholm, widow of the late John S. MacEachern, formerly of Cape George, at the age of 80. Deceased had been in ill health for a considerable period, but her death was sudden and peaceful. Mrs. MacEachern was a woman of deep piety, warm in her hospitality, and courageous in meeting the problems of life. She faced death cheerfully, and with confidence, and she will be greatly missed in the family circle. Left to mourn are two daughters and five sons; Bessie and Annie May in Somerville; Henry and Alexander in Boston; Vince, Roddie and Danie in the west. Consoled by the rites of the Church she went to her reqr4d, and her funeral took place with requiem Mass in the parish church.
