MACGILLIVRAY – At St. Martha’s Hospital, May 21, 1938, at the early age of twenty years, John Raymond, son of Mrs. Catherine MacGillivray, and the late Hugh MacGillivray, Malignant Cove, after an illness of two weeks. He was a young man of many sterling qualities and his early death was a shock to his many friends. He received the last rites of the Catholic Church. He leaves to mourn their loss, his sorrowing mother, four sisters and two brothers who will always cherish his memory. He was buried at Georgeville May 23. Father Blase Campbell officiated at the grave.
