Constance T. MacInnis, 76, of Hollywood Drive, Moncton, N.B. passed away Sunday, March 16, 1997 at The Moncton Hospital. Beloved wife of Angus R. MacInnis for fifty plus years. She was a homemaker. Born August 7, 1920 in Fort Frances, Ontario and later resided in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Nancy Hagen of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Graduate of Fort Frances High School, Ontario. She was a Veteran of the RCAF (W.D.’s) in World War II and saw service in Canada and England, primarily at RCAF Headquarters in London. She was a former member of the St. Bernard’s C.W.L. and the Beaver Curling Club of Moncton. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed needlework and painting. She is survived by her husband, Angus R.; son, Peter (Lucy) of Riverview; daughter, Susan of Halifax, N.S.; daughter, Kathleen (Dan) McCrimmon of Vancouver, B.C.; three grandchildren, Shelly MacInnis of Pictou, N.S., Patricia MacInnis of Moncton and Matthew MacInnis of Riverview; nephew, Wesley Rogers of Thunder Bay, Ontario. She was predeceased by half sisters, Winifred Rogers, Kate Tonge; half brother, Edward Bridle. Funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church Friday, March 21, 1997 at 10 a.m. with Fr. H. Gratton officiating. Interment in Alderwood Cemetery.
