Dan Hugh MacInnis, aged 35, a native of Georgeville, was killed in British Columbia last Friday. He had gone to the Coast eight years ago, and was a C.N.R. brakeman, running out of Vancouver. The injuries which caused his death were received while at work. The remains are being brought home to Georgeville by John MacInnis, a brother of the deceased, who also is a C.N.R. man in B.C. BEside this brother deceased is survived by his mother and three sisters: The Misses Catherine and Sadie, both registered nurses, the latter a graduate of St. Martha’s Hospital, and Mrs. John MacDonald, all of Boston. Miss Sadie adn Mrs. MacDonald came home Sunday morning to attend the funeral.
