Roderick Alexander MacInnis, of Georgeville, died in Stewarts Nursing Home, New Glasgow on August 27. He was ?? Born at Cape George Point he was a son of the late Hugh and Catherine (Beaton) MacInnis. He went to Boston as a young man and returned to Nova Scotia upon his retirement in 1961. He is survived by one sister Mabel (Mrs. Ambrose Chisholm), Georgeville, and two brothers Mitchell in British Columbia and Colin in Bailey’s Brook, Pictou County. Funeral mass was offered Tuesday morning in St. George’s Church, Georgeville. Burial was in the church cemetery.
