The death occurred at St. Martha’s hospital on Nov. 4, 1944, of Catherine MacNeil, daughter of the late James R. MacNeil and his wife Annie (MacDonald) MacNeil, of Malignant Cove, Antigonish. Miss MacNeil is survived by one sister, Mrs Frank MacKenzie, of Brookline, Mass., and Dan C., and Sadie MacNeil of Malignant Cove, with whom she made her home, and who treated her with the greatest love and consideration during her long and painful illness. Frequent reception of the Blessed Sacrament, administered by her Pastor, Rev. B.Campbell, prepared her for a peaceful and happy death. Fr. Campbell also read the funeral Mass and prayers at the graveside. (Georgeville).
