AT St. Rose, Inverness Co., Oct 7, at the age of fifty-three Mary Jane, wife of Allan MacNeil, and daughter of the late Donald MacDonald, Broad Cove and Catherine MacPherson, Georgeville, Ant. Co. Mrs. MacNeil was a woman of fine character and will be missed by her family and neighbors. She leaves to mourn their loss her husband, six sons and four daughters: Alex, Dan, James, Charles, John, Hughie, and John Angus, Mrs. MacKenzie, (New Waterford), Mrs. Gillis, (Boston), Margaret and Annie May at home; also six sisters and four brothers. The funeral was largely attended at Broad Cove Chapel, Rev. P.A. MacLellan officiating at church and grave side.
