MacPherson – On May 29th, at Antigonish, Ephemia, relict of the late Hugh James MacPherson, Georgeville, at the age of 82 years. During the past six months she resided at the home of James MacPheson, St. Mary’s St, where she was tenderly cared for during her illness. Her husband and three of her family predeceased her. She is survived by two sons and one daughter to cherish the memory of a good and kind mother: John J., of Livingstone’s Cove, Dan, C.P.R. conductor, Revelstoke, B.C., and Mrs. Dougald McIsaac, Newton Centre, Mass. She was frequently concealed by a reception of the sacraments and she died fortified by the rites of hte Holy Church of which she was a devout member. She was buried in Georgeville.
