2 May 1912

At Cape George Point, on May 2nd, 1912 of la grippe and paralysis, in the 39th years of his age, Angus, son of the late Duncan McDonald (farmer). By his untimely death his grief-stricken mother is bereft of an honest and industrious son and the community of an excellent citizen.  One brother and one sister survive him.  Frequently strengthened in his last illness by the last rites of Holy Mother Church, he calmly yielded his soul  to God with the firm hope of enjoying a glorious hereafter.  After a Requiem Mass, his remains were tenderly laid to rest in Georgeville cemetery.
