At Cape George Point, Antigonish Co., Feb 22, Elizabeth, beloved wife of the late Alex. D. McDonald, aged 60. The deceased was a woman of splendid qualities of head and heart. Quiet, unassuming, industrious, a devoted mother and an ideal neighbor, she was deservedly loved and respected by all. Fortified by the last rites of Holy Mother church, She peacefully passed away in full hope of a glorious resurrection. She leaves to mourn the loss of a good kind mother, two daughters and three sons. On Feb 24, her remains were tenderly laid to rest in Ballentyne’s Cove cemetery after a mass of requiem by the pastor.
