On Jan. 17th, 1911, after an illness of 7 weeks, in the 89th year of his age, Donald McEachern (Tanner) at the home of his son, John McEachern, teacher, S.S. Cape George, Strengthened by all the rites of Holy Mother Church, of which he was always a faithful member, he calmly yielded his soul to God, with the firm hope of enjoying a glorious hereafter. He leaves five sons, one daughter and a host of relatives to mour his loss.
