McIsaac – At the back settlement of Cape. George on the 13th May, 1897, in the 60th of her age, after an illness of seven days, Catherine McIsaac, daughter of the late Neil McIsaac (Allan). She leaves four brothers and two sisters to mourn for a loving sister. Gillis – At Cape George Point, on May 5th, Catherine, relict of the late Laughlin McEachern, Esq., in the 90th year of her age. Deceased was widely known and highly respected and noted for Christian virtues. She leaves five sons, six daughters and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss.
