Lauchie A. McIsaac, a former miner but more recently employed as a cigar clerk, died yesterday at a local hospital, following a two-week illness. He was born in Nova Scotia and came to Butte 40 years ago. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World. He resided at 701 West Galena street. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Von McIsaac; two nieces, Ann Jean and Mary Monahan; a brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs E. J. Monahan, Butte; four brothers, Jack McIsaac, Everett Wash.; William McIsaac, Vancouver, B.C.; Dougal McIsaac, Stonehame, Mass., and Ronald McIsaac, Nova Scotia; two sisters, Mrs. Ted Boyd, Needham, Mass., and Mrs. Francis McKinnon, Nova Scotia; a nephew, E.J. Monahan, Butte, and several other nieces and nephews. The body is at the Daly-Shea mortuary pending funeral arrangements.
