At South Cape George on the 12th ult., Isabel the beloved wife of Seward McPhee, in the 42 year of her age. About a year ago the deceased underwent a serious surgical operation at St. Martha’s Hospital, Antigonish. With medical attendance and tender nursing at the Hospital, she was able to go home in two or three weeks time, apparently cured. Provence, however, otherwise decree – the old trouble returned and after months of severe suffering she passed peacefully away, courageous in life in the conflict with death, she was not dismayed. She leaves a disconsolate husband and several sorrowful children to mourn their loss.
