Christopher Murphy, 73, died at his home in Lakevale. He was born in Ireland, son of Mr.and Mrs. Patrick Murphy. A war veteran, his funeral was attended by representatives of Arras Branch Canadian Legion. The funeral mass was celebrated in St. Columba’s Church, Lakevale. Burial was in the parish cemetery. He had no known relatives in Canada.
