Details: Deed – those two certain lots pieces or parcels of land , situate lying and being at South Side Cape George aforesaid and bounded and described as follows that is to say : First lot ; Beginning on the East side of the main Post road where the said Road crosses the Southern line of lands formerly owned by the late Dougald McMillan thence along said line to the sea shore , thence Southwardly along said Sea – shore to a spruce stake ; thence Westwardly along a private father road leading to the said post road and passing through the centre of a certain gate to the said Main Post road , thence along the said Main Post Road to the place of beginning , containing fifteen acres Marierless : Second lot : Beginning at a birch of stake on the South line of lands formerly owned by the & late Dougald McMillan ; thence along said line to the to Carline of one Alexander Ballentine ‘s lands ; thence along said rear line to a spruce stake thence parallel to the first mentioned line to a birch stake and thence North wardly to the place of beginning , containing twenty five acres more or less – The above described two lots of land being the same lands conveyed by the Sheriff of the County of Antigonish to the said Alexander Ballentine by Sheriffs deed dated the 22nd day of June A.D. 1896
